VENDING EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
Mountain Vending will provide you with state of the art vending machines made by the leading manufactures in the industry such as Rowe and Automatic Product. The equipment to be provided shall be in accordance with your requirements. Mountain Vending will select and provide the most efficient equipment size for your location by considering the intensity of traffic, number of staff, visitors, and customers in the building and the space provided for our machines. Vending machines to be provided are equipped with dollar bill changers.

SERVICE SCHEDULE
We can service the machines as often as needed. One full time route person will be assigned to your area and will be in charge of stocking, inspecting, replacing expired product and general maintenance of all the vending machines items on a regular basis. During the first week of service our representative will be present at your location to communicate with your staff in order to meet their particular needs. Periodic visits to the location will follow to stay current with your preferences. Our goal is to maximize participation by our customers. This goal will be attained by guaranteeing that you are able to consistently find the variety and quality of products you prefer.

REPAIRS & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Mountain Vending will provide you with state of the art equipment. Given this fact, we anticipate a trouble free operation of our vending machines. However, we have a qualified and skilled service technician available to handle repairs. All of our route service staff wear beepers for immediate availability. The service person assigned will be responsible to complete any necessary repairs in a timely manner and will inform you of any pending or overnight shutdown of equipment if any are needed. It is Mountain Vending's policy that if any equipment has a continual mechanical problems, we will replace it.

Seventy-five percent of all maintenance calls are related to coin changer malfunctions. Mountain Vending has successfully addressed this problem by providing only Mars Electronic Changers in all our equipment. The Mars changer has proven to be the most reliable in the industry and our additional investment has enhance our services by reducing the number of coin related maintenance calls. Also, as part of our quality control, our service personnel are trained to do preventive maintenance as part of their scheduled service calls. Every two months all coin mechanism are cleaned and every six months all electric motors are lubricated and checked for worn parts and/or potential problem areas. A complete preventative maintenance schedule is enclosed for your consideration.

RESPONSE TIME AND BEEPER ACCESS
Clearly displayed on the front of all our machines is our service phone number for anyone to call (1-800-438-8363) or (831-761-8373). All calls will be handled by our service mechanics who are equipped with a beeper at all times to insure a prompt response to calls. Mountain Vending guarantees same day service call response for any call placed before 12:00 noon. Calls placed after 12:00 noon will be responded to no later than 12:00 noon the following day. In addition, we do provide 24-hour emergency service. Every call is logged as to the nature of the problem and how it was solved. This log is open to all of our clients. Our service hot line works around the clock, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

REIMBURSEMENT OF LOST MONEY
All of our route personnel and service technicians are instructed to make immediate refunds when informed by an individual while on location. A refund log and bank will be provided at your site and this will be replenish by our service person on a regular basis.

FINANCIAL
Mountain Vending will provide service and maintain all vending equipment at no cost to you. Our goal is to provide you with both quality vending services and possible commission funds. To this end we offer two pricing options. The first option offers low pricing and no commission. The second option sets up "slush fund" type pricing. It has fair market pricing with monthly commissions paid to the customer. The commission rate will be set based on your location size and your monthly sales. At the end of each quarter you will receive a base commission check. At the end of the year we provide our customers with computerized sales and commission reports by month and by machine. You will also receive a check for the balance due on the year's commission. We guarantee that you will receive an accurate commission figures through our computerized system.

RECYCLING
Mountain Vending values quality of the environment and uses recycled paper products. To the extent possible we utilize recyclable food containers and will work with you to promote and encourage recycling.

We offer wholesale pricing and free delivery on bulk purchases of sodas, snacks and food products for your special events, Christmas parties, office parties and social gatherings.

Mountain Vending is constantly testing and introducing new products that will create interest and excitement among your employees. Fat free snacks, natural juices, freshly locally prepared and attractively merchandised sandwiches, foods and salads, along with variety of vegetarian lunch selections are provided as part of our extensive menu variety.
